【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthephysicalcharacteristicsofidentificationcardsincludingcardmaterials,construction,characteristics,anddimensionsforthreesizesofcard.ISO/IEC10373specifiesthetestproceduresusedtocheckcardsagainsttheparametersspecifiedinthisInternationalStandard.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsforcardsusedforidentification.Ittakesintoconsiderationbothhumanandmachineaspectsandstatesminimumrequirements.Itisthepurposeofthisseriesofstandardstoprovidecriteriatowhichcardsshallperform,andmethodsoftesting.Noconsiderationisgivenwithinthesestandardstotheamountofuse,ifany,experiencedbythecardpriortothetest.Failuretoconformtospecifiedcriteriashouldbenegotiatedbetweentheinvolvedparties.NOTE—NumericvaluesintheSIand/orImperialmeasurementsysteminthisInternationalStandardmayhavebeenroundedoffandthereforeareconsistentwith,butnotexactlyequalto,eachother.Eithersystemmaybeused,butthetwoshouldnotbeintermixedorreconverted.TheoriginaldesignwasmadeusingtheImperialmeasurementsystem.
