【摘要】:Certainproperties,namelythicknessanddensity,ofSFRMarebasic.Itistheintentofthesetestmethodstoprovideprocedurestodeterminetheseproperties.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverproceduresfordeterminingthicknessanddensityofsprayedfire-resistivematerial(SFRM)usedinstructuralassemblies.Theseincludesprayedfiberandcementitioustypes.Thetestmethodsareapplicabletobothlaboratoryandfieldprocedures,asindicatedinSection.1.2ThesetestmethodsrequiretheapplicationofSFRMinaccordancewiththemanufacturers''publishedinstructions.Theapparatus,materials,andprocedureusedtoapplytheSFRMforlaboratorytestsshallbethesameasisusedfortheconstructionofeitherofthetestassembliesdescribedinTestMethodsE119andE84.1.3Thereisnointentinthesetestmethodstoestablishlevelsofperformance.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
