【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestunnellingof"QSIG"overtheSessionInitiationProtocol(SIP)withinacorporatetelecommunicationnetwork(CN).QSIGisasignallingprotocolthatoperatesbetweenPrivateIntegratedservicesNetworkexchanges(PINX)withinaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetwork(PISN).APISNprovidescircuit-switchedbasicservicesandsupplementaryservicestoitsusers.QSIGisspecifiedinInternationalStandards,inparticularISO/IEC11572(callcontrolinsupportofbasicservices),ISO/IEC11582(genericfunctionalprotocolforthesupportofsupplementaryservices)andanumberofStandardsspecifyingindividualsupplementaryservices.NOTEThenameQSIGwasderivedfromthefactthatitisusedforsignallingattheQreferencepoint.TheQreferencepointisapointofdemarcationbetweentwoPINXs.SIPisanapplicationlayerprotocolforestablishing,terminatingandmodifyingmultimediasessions.ItistypicallycarriedoverIP(RFC791,RFC2460).Telephonecallsareconsideredasatypeofmultimediasessionwherejustaudioisexchanged.SIPisdefinedinRFC3261.OftenaCNcomprisesbothPISNsemployingQSIGandIPnetworksemployingSIP.AcallorcallindependentsignallingcanoriginateatauserconnectedtoaPISNandterminateatauserconnectedtoanIPnetworkorviceversa.Ineithercase,agatewayprovidesinterworkingbetweenQSIGandSIPattheboundarybetweenthePISNandtheIPnetwork.BasiccallinterworkingatagatewayisspecifiedinISO/IEC17343.AnothercaseiswhereacallorcallindependentsignallingoriginatesatauserconnectedtoaPISN,traversesanIPnetworkusingSIP,andterminatesatauserconnectedtoanother(oranotherpartofthesame)PISN.ThisInternationalStandardaddressesthislastcaseinawaythatpreservesallQSIGcapabilitiesacrosstheIPnetwork.ItachievesthisbytunnellingQSIGmessageswithinSIPrequestsandresponsesinthecontextofaSIPdialog.ThetunnellingofQSIGthroughapublicIPnetworkemployingSIPisoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard.However,thefunctionalityspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardisinprincipleapplicabletosuchascenariowhendeployedinconjunctionwithotherrelevantfunctionality(e.g.,addresstranslation,securityfunctions,etc.).ThisspecificationisapplicabletoanyinterworkingunitthatcanactasagatewaybetweenaPISNemployingQSIGandacorporateIPnetworkemployingSIP,withQSIGtunnelledwithinSIPrequestsandresponses.
