【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodappliestoportablehighanchordevicesthatmaybeusedbyrescuepersonnelduringbothtrainingexercisesandactualrescueoperations.1.2Thistestmethodcoverstwomechanicaltests,theStaticLoadTestandtheLoadTestforFailure.1.3Testscontainedhereinaredestructiveinnature.Portablehighanchordevicessubjectedtoanyofthesetestsshallnotbeusedinanywayaftertestingexceptinevaluatingtheresultsofsuchtesting.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.5Thisspecificationdoesnotimplyapprovalofanymethodofuseofportablehighanchordevices.Inaddition,thetestsdescribedarelaboratorytestsanddonotduplicatefieldconditions.Furthermore,thetestloadvaluescontainedhereinarenottobeinterpretedastheforceswhichaportablehighanchordevicemaybesubjectedto,ormaybeexpectedtosustain,inactualfielduse.1.6SeeSection6onHazardsforsafetywarning.
